I think it would be safe to say that the Hawks JV squad took Yough's JV squad way too litely! The Cougars jumped out to an early 14-0 lead leaving the Hawks scratching their heads on top Cougar mountain today.

It wasn't until the second quarter that Jeannette was finally able to find pay dirt. Jeannette's Damone Morton scored from 5 yards out and again from 3 yards out, both passes coming from QB Michael Wise. Jeannette however struggled with extra points and found themselves still down at the half, 14-12.

But after a few halftime adjustments and some motivational plays like this one below:
